FloydTest™ Vol. 1 – Big Hits from the ’70s

by Peter Wendel
We value your input so please make comments at the end of this post.

Many of our readers have repeatedly – and at times rather forcefully – requested we do a FloydTest™. We’ve heard you, loud and clear, and we’re doing our level best to feed your rock-n-roll cravings.

So without further ado, welcome to the debut of the FloydTest™. You’ll be thrilled to learn that we’re flying it in from the dark side of the moon!

For this first volume, we’re taking it a little easy on y’all – dipping our collective toe into Pink Floyd’s legendary catalog from the ’70s. To get a passing grade (which I’m sure all of you will), you’ll need to be dialed into the sweet spot of the band’s output, from The Dark Side of the Moon (1973) through The Wall (1979).

This one shouldn’t be all that tough for serious Floyd fans. Future volumes will dig deeper, and be more challenging. So stay tuned for that!
